Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via standard shipping, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 business days. Your satisfaction is paramount at Magnetic Moon. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and small-batch products, we are unable to accept returns. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us. We are dedicated to finding a satisfactory resolution, whether that be through product advice, usage tips, or other supportive measures. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any concerns regarding your order, and we will strive to ensure your experience with Magnetic Moon is a positive one.
All sales on the site are complete and final. MAGNETIC MOON does not offer refunds or exchanges.
MAGNETIC MOON will replace any product purchased by you that arrives damaged and/or is defective, subject to the below-described requirements:
Obligation to Inspect and Report. You have seven (7) days from the date on which you receive your purchase from MAGNETIC MOON to inspect the product received, and to report any damage to or defect in such product to MAGNETIC MOON. You may report any damage and/or defect to MAGNETIC MOON by emailing hello@magneticmoonsb.com. In your email, please include a description of the product you received, as well as the damage and/or defect observed by you in the product. If possible, please include pictures with your email. We will correspond with you via email to arrange for the replacement of the damaged and/or defective product(s) received by you. You will not be required to return the damaged and/or defective item to MAGNETIC MOON, and we instead encourage you to recycle or compost this item.
